SEPERATION OF POWERS

Our founding fathers understood the importance of having checks and balances in our government.  This is a principle that should be engraved into every American’s heart and soul. Republicans believe that having equal powers between each branch of the government.  Our Republic needs protection from tyranny that the framers of the Constitution  clearly understood.  Making sure that the Legislative, Judicial and Executive branches have equal power can make changes difficult to say the least; however, this is by design.
