Call to Special Meeting for Election
This is the official Call for the Special Meeting of the CCRCC to elect a Vice Chair. Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 6:00 pm. – 7:30 pm at Ranchers’ Roost Meeting Room located inside the Cliff Lanes Entertainment Center, located at 25 Main Street, Westcliffe, CO 81252.
The Purpose of this Call to Election is to fill the vacancy created by the election of Ann Barthrop on April 9, 2026 to Chair of the CCRCC. This election created a vacancy in the Vice Chair position held by Ann Barthrop at the time of the election.
This is also notice to the CCRCC Vacancy Committee (all the CCRCC members) to become active in a search for a Vice Chair candidate. Anyone interested in being a Vice Chair candidate should have their name submitted to the Chair. Nominations will also be taken at the Election.
